Our pillars are an important part of being a sister of Xi Delta Theta. Sisters who hold these positions are leaders who demonstrate what it means to be a Xi Delt in our community and beyond.
Amanda McIntyre
SISTERHOOD
Hello, my name is Amanda and I will be holding the position of sisterhood chair for this upcoming year. I joined XDT this past year and it has been great, I have been able to meet so many wonderful people and I have done so many fun things with them! Which is why I'm so stoked to be sisterhood and organize fun days for my lovely sisters!
My main goal during my time in this position is to help the members of the sorority strengthen their relationships with themselves as well as with each other. We are all young and learning our way, I want to create a space where we can feel comfortable trying new things and where we know that even if we don't succeed, the sorority is a safe space where we will be lifted back up if we fall.
The most important part of sisterhood is spreading the love and I hope to do that this year ❤️
Claire Lassaline

Hey, my name is Claire and I decided to run for Philanthropy chair because I believe there is a lot of value in giving back to the community that helps shape us as an organization and as individuals. I am passionate in learning about the community, the services offered locally and how important awareness is. I believe that all philanthropic action should be informed and sustainable. As such, I intend to provide fulsome and accurate information to the sorority about the causes we work with and why our efforts should support them.

Kacey Hammond
SOCIAL
My name is Kacey Hammond and I’m the Xi Delta Theta Social Chair for the upcoming year. I joined Xi Delt back in fall of 2021 after moving here from Newfoundland to attend school at Carleton University. The social position is one I hold close to my heart as the social aspect of Greek life was a huge motivator for me joining Xi Delt when I did. Through my time in the sorority I’ve met so many wonderful people both inside my sorority and out, finding my home away from home along the way. Xi Delta Theta represents such a diverse group of individuals who all value long lasting Greek relationships and i'm so excited to work this year to make the most of all our social events while helping to foster relationships for years to come!
