On behalf of the members of Xi Delta Theta, I would like to welcome you to our website! My name is Meleena, and I am honoured to be the 2023-2024 president!

My time in Xi Delta Theta began in Fall 2019 after settling into my studies at Carleton. I would have never considered rushing or even joining a sorority until I found Xi Delta Theta. The sense of community, endless support, and unconditional love I felt from sister solidified knowing that this was the place for me. This organization has helped me into becoming the person I am today. I’ve been able to get to know myself more, obtained new leadership skills, and learn that my voice is a power tool. I am so lucky to have been able to be part of this wonderful organization for so long. I could not imagine what my life would be like now without Xi Delta Theta and all the incredible people who make it feel like home.

Our sisterhood thrives to encompassed and portrayed our values each day; excellence, determination and trust eternal. Each individual fills Xi Delta Theta with immense diversity, and passion, it makes me incredibly proud to share my letters with each and every single one of them!
